You may add extras such as a can of balls or lighting time.<\/p>\n Bookings must be made as far in advance as possible. The minimum allowed notice is 30 minutes; in this case, cancellations are not permitted except for reasons specified in the cancellation section.<\/p>\n Your 1-hour booking includes 55 minutes of play, and the remaining 5 minutes must be used to clean the court and leave it ready for the next booking.<\/p>\n Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.<\/p>\n You can make any purchase (1 hour court booking or a multi-hour voucher) to give as a gift. Simply select the “gift voucher” option and fill in the details.<\/p>\n The booking has no fixed date and is valid for one year. \nPlayers must arrive at the exact time of their booking. After 15 minutes without prior notice, the court will be released.<\/p>\n
\nCancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance.<\/p>\n
\nIn case of rain or inability to play, a rescheduling or a cash refund will be offered.<\/p>\n
\nPromotional codes are personal and non-transferable. Misuse may result in cancellation of the booking.<\/p>\n
\nAll equipment must be handled properly. In case of breakage or damage, a charge of \u20ac100 will apply.<\/p>\n
\nThe person making the booking will be responsible for the use of the court and the behaviour of the players.<\/p>\n
\nThe booking will only be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made.<\/p>\n
\nFor safety reasons and proper use of the facilities, a maximum of 4 players per court is allowed.
\nIn the case of larger groups (e.g. families or groups of 5 or more people), they must organize themselves in turns, and no more than 4 people may play simultaneously.<\/p>\n
\nPlaying time cannot be extended if the court is subsequently booked.
\nIf there is no following booking, play may continue only with prior notice to the club.
\nThe booking system operates in 1-hour blocks; booking or playing half hours is not allowed.<\/p>\n
